We are a small home bakery which established in 2023 and based in Lisburn . We are passionate about creating new and exciting combinations of flavours, using only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. Ingredients
We use high protein Canadian white flour from Shipton-Mill, providing a unique chewy texture to the bagels. We use the finest, natural ingredients from reliable suppliers, no added preservative ensuring that our bagels are not only delicious, but also healthy.
